Costing Strategies in a Low Ball World
**Brand New Class!**
Monday, November 12, 2018 from 10:00AM – 12:00PM
You may submit your best, leanest bid on a government contract, yet someone else undercuts you. By a lot. You are left wondering – how do they plan to get the job done? Low-balling is a common phenomenon due to government customers either choosing to or being forced to buy based on price independent of quality. This course focuses on a variety of methods of how to survive and thrive in the modern low-ball environment. It covers such topics as bid-no-bid decision process, LPTA prevention techniques, redefining technical acceptability, and competitive labor rate analysis.
