International is pleased to announce three Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to provide field services for the Traditional Quick Home Energy Check-up (QHEC) Program, and two RFPs to provide field services for the Multifamily Quick Home Energy Check-up. ICF is administering these programs for Baltimore Gas & Electric (BGE), Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative (SMECO), and Pepco Holdings Inc. (PHI) (covering the Pepco and Delmarva Power service territories in Maryland). The QHEC programs are delivered in support of EmPOWER Maryland. QHEC offers a visual energy inspection and installation of energy savings measures for residential customers. You have the option of submitting your company’s qualifications to one or all of the RFPs.

In order to bid on the event, you must either register as a new user or log on with your existing username. Please only request one user ID per company profile. Upon approval, which may take up to 24 hours, you will be granted full access to the event. At this time you can submit your intent to bid and thereafter submit your proposal. Please pay particular attention to the event timelines as the open, close and submittal deadlines must be strictly adhered to.
