Accelerator program shows how to improve revenues
A graduation celebration was held Feb. 12 in Hughesville for the inaugural class of the Eric Franklin Entrepreneur Accelerator program.
Graduates are business owners with an annual revenue below $500,000. A second course will begin in March for businesses with an annual revenue of $500,000 to $1 million, followed by a third course about how to turn a business idea into a company.
“I saw a need for some entrepreneurial and business support that I have seen throughout various places in Maryland … but I didn’t see that there was the funding in Southern Maryland,” said program founder Eric Franklin in a phone interview the day before graduation.
Dates for upcoming training sessions: March 5, 12, 19 & 26 April 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30, May 7, 14 & 21. Download flyer for information.
