Miles and Chesley Consulting Services (MCCS) is an African-American, women-owned company, founded November 2012 by CEO and founder Jacklyn Miles. Ms. Miles possess over 30 years of Federal Government experience, has served and led many Financial and Program/Project Management, Process Management, Performance and Strategic Management Solutions, Technology Implementations, and Operational Improvements that resulted in successful business opportunities and growth in the Federal Government agencies.
Prior to forming MCCS, LLC, Ms. Miles served as Special Assistant of Administration at the Census Bureau and Program Manager at the Department of Transportation, where she used her leadership skills, management experience and knowledge to deliver successful program management solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Financial Management from the University of Maryland University College and is currently pursuing a dual Master of Science Degree in IT/Project Management from the University of Maryland University College.
MCCS is a registered small local business enterprise (SLBE)/minority business enterprise (MBE) with the Charles County Government. The Company’s mission is to provide administrative support, human capital management, contract and financial management, project management, and web development services utilizing innovation, technology, and knowledge-sharing to improve performance and reduce operational costs. The Charles County Government is currently one of MCCS’s. clients.
Miles and Chesley Consulting Services (MCCS), LLC is hosting a “Women Inspiring Women” Conference on Saturday, October 28, 2017, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Solomons – Conference Center, Solomons, MD.
This year’s inaugural theme is “Helping Others to Rise Up” and this premise will be seamlessly integrated throughout the Conference.
