This is particularly important when performing as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). Join us for an in-depth look at your rights as well as your responsibilities. Who should attend? Small businesses and certified MBEs who are ready and able to perform as a prime contractor or a subcontractor on state-funded procurements.

This technical training class is offered by the Governor’s Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs to assist small businesses that want to do business with the State of Maryland. Seating is limited and advance registration is required.
