Do you want to understand how state agencies structure bid packages?It’s a critical step to success in the state procurement arena. Join us for a detailed look at the individual elements of a bid package as we dissect and demystify the paperwork to give you an insightful understanding of the bidding process.
Who should attend? Small business owners who are ready and able to perform as a prime contractor on state-funded contracts over $15,000.

Thinking about applying for certification as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)? Join us for an examination of the five eligibility standards and a review of the complete application process. We’ll take an in depth look at the Uniform Certification Application and provide answers to the most common questions. Then we’ll tie it all together with a brief look at how to connect to business opportunities with the State of Maryland and offer some valuable marketing and business development tips.
Who should attend? Small business owners interested in learning more about the state of Maryland’s MBE Certification.
